We specialize in short term rentals. Many of our properties have no minimum stays. Whether you’re coming for a long weekend, a week or a month, our properties are priced by the night.
However, there are exceptions to every rule. Sometimes the local ordinances, homeowner associations or specific owners may have special requirements. Those properties with minimum stays include the Saratoga, Amalie, Roma, Pascoli, and Capri.
Is There a Minimum Night Stay?
