In lieu of collecting a sizable security deposit, we charge a small fee for accidental damage insurance. This provides $3,000 of coverage. Spill a glass of red wine on the sofa? Kids flushed a toy down the toilet? Trust us, it happens. No worries, it’s covered!
Similar to a hotel, you must put a valid credit card number on file to cover any incidentals and to be used as an additional security deposit. Your card will be charged only for incidentals ordered, for non-accidental damages or other violations of our Terms and Conditions.
